An electronic set $49 (non-refundable) must be purchased in order to be recognized as a qualified planholder. Printed sets are available for purchase at contractor's expense only after an electronic set has been acquired. If you require addenda to be printed, please ensure that you follow the full set of instructions provided below.

To be considered a responsible bidder/plan holder, you are required to obtain a set of plans and specifications. You may choose to download an electronic set for a fee of $49 (payable via credit card) or request a printed set for a refundable deposit of $50 (also payable and refundable by credit card). Please refer to the instructions provided in the description below for further details.
